This article will guide you through the steps to install TeaTV on Firestick, Fire TV, and Android TV/Google TV devices.
The latest version, V10.8.2 of TeaTV, was released on April 8th, 2024.
TeaTV is a popular free streaming application that offers a wide range of free Movies & TV Shows for your entertainment.
It comes with a user-friendly interface, various categories to explore, and even includes live TV options.
Installation of TeaTV – Firestick/Android TV/Google TV
Instructions for installing on a Fire TV Stick 4K Max are provided below. These steps are also applicable to Android TV or Google TV devices as the process remains the same.
This tutorial will show you how to use a popular 3rd party app store to install TeaTV promptly after each new release.
Step 1: Prepare Device for Installation
1. Locate and open the search bar from the device’s home screen.
2. Type “Downloader” in the search bar.
3. Select the option for Downloader by AFTVNews.
4. Click on the “Download” or “Get” button.
5. Wait for the Downloader app to finish installing.
6. Once the installation is complete, you will see a confirmation message.
7. Go back to the Settings and select “My Fire TV”.
8. Choose “Developer Options”.
IMPORTANT: Keep reading if you can’t locate “Developer Options”.
9. Click on “Install unknown apps”.
10. Select the Downloader app.
11. Unknown Sources for Downloader should be set to ON.
Developer Options Not Available
If you do not see developer options on your device, use the following steps to enable unknown sources for Downloader.
1. Within settings, choose My Fire TV.
2. Click About.
You will see that Developer Options is not showing.
3. Find Fire TV Stick and click the OK button on your remote 7 times.
4. Return to My Fire TV and you will now see Developer Options.
We can now continue to the installation of APKTime.
Step 2: Install APKTime
1. Open Downloader.
2. Open the URL bar.
3. Type 250931 which is the Downloader Code for the TROYPOINT Toolbox and click Go.
4. Wait for the page to redirect.
5. Now you’re on the TROYPOINT Toolbox home screen where you’ll find numerous applications.
6. Locate the APKTime Latest Release and proceed by clicking Download.
7. Proceed by clicking Install.
8. Once you receive the installation success message, click Done.
9. Choose Delete.
10. Proceed by selecting Delete Again to eliminate the installation file and create space on your device.
Step 3: Install TPlayer
1. Head back to the TROYPOINT Toolbox and locate TPlayer. Tap on Download
(TPlayer is a video player necessary for streaming content through TeaTV)
2. Select Install.
3. Once you receive the TPlayer ready to launch message, tap on Done.
4. Click Delete to remove the TPlayer installation file.
5. Proceed by choosing Delete again.
Step 4: Enable Unknown Sources for the App Store
1. Open My Fire TV within the Settings menu once more.
2. Select Developer options.
3. Click Install Unknown Apps.
4. Find APKTime and click it to turn on Unknown Sources.
Step 5: Sideload TeaTV on Firestick or Android TV/Google TV
1. Locate APKTime in your apps list and open it.
2. Scroll down to choose Entertainment.
3. Find TeaTV (Official) and click Download.
4. Click Install.
5. The TeaTV Ready to launch message will now display.

Stream Live TV
One feature available in TeaTV that we do not see in other APKs is the ability to add live channels.
This is done via M3U Playlist within settings of the application.
NOTE: You must have an M3U URL via IPTV Service or other in order to use this feature.
In the guide below, we are integrating Samsung TV Plus which is a free streaming service with over 100 channels.
1. From the home screen of TeaTV, click the Menu button in the upper left-hand corner and choose Live TV.
2. Click Cancel.
3. Select the plus button in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Select Import Playlist from Internet.
5. Click Name
6. Type name of your preferred M3U URL and click Next.
7. Enter your M3U URL and click Next.
8. Choose your playlist.
9. You can now access live channels via TeaTV.

Get More Video Links with Real-Debrid on TeaTV
As mentioned earlier, TeaTV has the ability to add Real-Debrid for more streaming links.
Real-Debrid is an unrestricted downloader that adds high-quality stream options to content on TeaTV. These new sources should provide better playback with NO buffering.
Follow the steps below to integrate real-debrid within TeaTV.
1. Click the Menu bar from the home screen and select Settings.
2. Choose Login to Real-Debrid.
3. You are then provided with real-debrid authorization code. Visit real-debrid.com/device and enter the provided code.
4. Return to TeaTV and you will see real-debrid Login success message.
Trakt Integration
TeaTV also has the option to integrate a trakt.tv account within the app. By using Trakt, you can sync all your favorite shows and films across multiple platforms and devices so you’ll never miss an episode!
Follow the instructions below to setup trakt within TeaTV:
1. Scroll down on the menu and click Setting.
The instructions to integrate Trakt with TeaTV are as follows: First, scroll down on the menu and click setting. Next, select “Login to Trakt.tv.”
Then, write down the code provided on the screen and go to trakt.tv/activate to enter the code and click Continue. After that, click Yes, and once done, the Trakt integration will be complete. Finally, return to the settings to ensure you are logged in under your Trakt username.
