Recently, both copyright authority groups obtained new DMCA subpoenas. These subpoenas require Cloudflare and Tonic to hand over personal information. This information pertains to the individuals behind these streaming operations.

ACE and the MPA allege that these streaming sites and IPTV services are infringing on member studios’ rights. This involves several movies.

“The subpoena requires that you provide information concerning the individuals offering infringing material described in the attached notice. This would include the individuals’ names, physical addresses, IP addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, payment information, account updates, and account history.”
