A new update is now available for Chromecast with Google TV devices. This update is for both the 1080p model and the 4K version.
This is the fourth update for these devices in 2024. Previous updates this year introduced additions like “Fast Pair” & Audio Output capabilities.
The latest update brings these devices up to the April 2024 security patch. The update, titled “STTE.240315.002,” is 134 MB and only includes “bug fixes and performance improvements” in the official changelog.
