5/16 Update – Good news, everyone! It seems you can now locate the Downloader app in the Amazon Apps store. Simply search for it as usual. It appears there might have been a server issue on Amazon’s end on Sunday, May 15th.

It seems the Downloader app isn’t appearing when searched for within the Amazon App store on Fire TV devices. However, if you utilize the voice search feature on your remote, it should pop up for installation.

When you’re in the app search section, instead of typing, press and hold the microphone button on the remote. Then, say “Downloader.”

The app should then appear, ready for you to install. Hopefully, this is just a temporary glitch on Amazon’s side. We hope the app isn’t being taken down from the store.
