The main reason that these devices have gained so much popularity is due to their sideloading abilities which is often referred to as “jailbreaking“. This is what allows us the ability to install Kodi which is not available in the Amazon App Store.

Screenshot Guide – Method 1

In this tutorial, we are using the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Those using any Kodi device including Android TV/Google TV Boxes as well as PC and more can also follow these instructions to delete Kodi addons.

1. From the home screen, scroll down to hover over Add-ons (Do not click it).

2. Find the addon you wish to remove. Long-click on the select button on your remote to prompt the following screen and click Information.

3. Select Uninstall.

4. Click Yes to confirm.

5. Click Yes again.

Method 2

Here is a second method to delete or uninstall addons on Kodi.

1. On the home screen of Kodi, click Settings.

2. Choose Add-ons.

3. Click All.

4. Select the addon you wish to remove.

5. Click Uninstall.

6. Click Yes.

7. Click Yes again.

Your Kodi addon has officially been deleted! You can do this to as many or as few addons as you prefer to help free up space and optimize performance on your device.
