How To Gift A Firestick Or Fire TV Cube
Step 1 – Log-in with your Amazon Account
The first step is to log into the device you’re gifting using your own Amazon account. Use your credentials. You’ll deactivate it later once it’s set up, allowing the new owner to activate it with their account.
Step 2 – Jailbreak the Fire TV device.
After logging in, you’ll need to unlock the device (jailbreak it). The easiest way to do this is by following our Jailbreak video guide. It will walk you through the process step by step.
Step 3 – Install the free TROYPOINT App with Rapid App Installer

Step 4 – Get the best free streaming apps and tools installed
After you install the free TROYPOINT App, use it. It’s the easiest way to fill your new device with awesome free streaming apps and tools. Also, remember to use the secret code from the free guide(s) to unlock even more free apps.
Step 5 – Time to deregister that Firestick or Fire TV Cube
Once you’ve loaded up the Fire TV Stick or Cube, you’ll want to deregister it. This step removes your Amazon login info from the Fire TV.
That way, when the new owner turns it on, they’ll be asked to sign in with their own Amazon account. After they do that, all the apps you set up should be there and ready to use.
The only thing the new user might want to do is rearrange the shortcuts. They can set them up however they like.
Just hover over that settings icon (the gear icon)
Then click Account & Profile Settings
Go ahead and click Your Amazon Account
Last step, just hit that Deregister button
