NBC and Roku have been in talks. They finally came to an agreement. Peacock TV has been added to the Roku Channel Store.
The President of Business Development & Partnerships at Peacock had something to say about it. Here’s what Maggie McLean Suniewich stated:
We’re thrilled to make Peacock available on Roku devices. Millions of Americans can enjoy entertainment on their favorite Roku devices. They’ll now have access to Peacock’s catalog. Roku customers love streaming, and we know they’ll be excited. They’ll enjoy access to all the content, both free and paid.
Hopefully, Amazon and NBC will follow suit. We hope they reach a similar agreement soon. This would put Peacock TV in the Amazon App Store. For those eager to get it now, you can side-load it. Just use the guide below.
There’s no denying the popularity of NBC’s Peacock TV. The service attracted a ton of users. It surpassed 10 million users since its launch on July 15, 2020.
