Watchseries.ninja was the specific site targeted by ACE. It reportedly hosted a massive library of entertainment. This included over 10,000 movies and 60,000 TV episodes, drawing over 7 million visits monthly.
ACE also seized Watchsomuch.org, another domain offering content similar to WatchSeries. It garnered over 6 million visits per month.
ACE’s official statement on the shutdown sheds light on the situation.
“The domains impacted all ACE members. They have been taken offline following ACE’s actions. Suspension was achieved through ACE’s trusted notifier agreements and communication with domain name registries and registrars.”
