Although the app is currently in Beta, it seems to be working great. You can use it for all your streaming needs.
Xfinity customers have been anticipating the release of the Xfinity app on Firestick and Fire TV devices for quite some time. Previously, it was exclusively available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Thankfully, with this new addition, users are no longer required to side-load the application for installation.

How To Install Xfinity on Firestick/Fire TV
For this guide, we’re using the new Firestick Lite, but don’t worry. These instructions will also work for other Fire TV devices, including the Fire TV Stick 4k.
1. Start by going to the device home screen. Hover over Find and then click Search.
2. Now, you’ll want to search for Xfinity and select it. It should be the first option.
3. The next step is to choose Xfinity Stream from the search results. You’ll see this option under Apps & Games.
4. After that, simply click the Get button to begin the installation process.
5. Be patient and wait for the app to finish installing. This might take a few minutes depending on your internet speed.
6. Once the installation is complete, you’ll see an “Xfinity Stream Installed” notification. This means you’re ready to go.
7. Finally, click Open or Launch now to start using the app. You can now watch your favorite movies and tv shows.
8. Proceed by clicking Allow.
9. To begin, click Get Started.
10. Make sure to jot down the authorization code provided. You’ll need it later.
11. Open your web browser and go to https://xfinity.com/authorize. Enter the authorization code you saved earlier. Then, proceed by clicking Continue.
12. You’ll be prompted to enter your Xfinity credentials. Type in your username and password, then click Sign In.
There you go! You’re all set.
